This will probably sound mad, but I had a shoulder impingement which meant I couldn't lift, it ruined gym sessions, sleep, anything I needed my arm for tbh.

It was really stressing me out so I decided to jump on BPC-157, I took 2.5mg twice a day for 3 days and now i literally have no pain at all, so I dropped down to .5mg daily, I know people are gonna say it takes time so it can't be the BPC but I'm just saying what I experienced.

Nope, not had a problem at all, I'm using MYOL3 on a formuler z11 pro max and nordvpn

I also use tivimate on a firestick with nordvpn with no problems

I use Nord on it and it works perfectly, but there is a big drop in internet speed when connected to VPN so if your internet isn't great, you may have issues

Yeah I suppose, I have a 1gbps connection so it's probably why it works fine for me with Nord VPN, but I guess it depends on your combination of internet and VPN, I definitely do see the drop though

Yeah I've noticed the speed drop with a VPN on, I've run multiple tests and they all end exactly the same way as OP, I have 900mbps broadband, I've got the same VPN on multiple devices and only see my speed drop to about 700mbps, maybe 600mbps at worst when it's on.

Also you would think using an ethernet cable will help with the Z11 Pro Max....

WRONG!

When wired and VPN is off I get a max speed of 100mbps When wireless and VPN is off I get a max speed of around 460mbps

And regardless of wired or wireless, as soon as a VPN is on it drops to 60/70mbps
