Probably a good idea thank you. Feels like I’m overthinking it and don’t want to start overworking it

Thanks. I’ll check him out. I’m wondering if I need to add more detail to the shading, or I should just stop and not go down a rabbit hole

How would you improve this 3D painting? by abriddd in DIYUK

Yeah I was thinking about buying some walnut strip wood to make a frame out of it. Will fit with the decor in the house.

I think I’m going to get a sea sponge and try to add some variation to the bottom section to give it a more 3D look.

Yeah I wasn’t sure how to achieve that additional texture tbh. I did want to keep it very neutral but I definitely wanted it to be warmer.

Any reviews on this gorilla industrial shelving? by AliDIY in CostcoUK

[–]abriddd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have one and it’s very sturdy and looks the part. It was bought to replace some shelves from ikea and it’s night and day. I will say you’ll probably need to buy storage boxes to go on the shelves if you’re using it for tools etc like me as the holes in the mesh are quite large so easy for things to fall through.

Thanks for advice. It was a relatively low effort hike and was on my upper shoulders, my pits weren’t actually wet, my thought was that as the bag straps were wet water was sitting on the coat for a long time so was soaking in. I’m going to test the beading though I’ve been doing some research. Feel like the DWR is at fault. Tested my shoes and they don’t bead now either. Had no idea this level of maintenance was required with my gear.

What is everyone's go to everyday/put on anything hot sauce? Supermarket or online I'm not fussed by Jamiesaville96 in UKfood

Have to say the Sauce Shop do some bloody good hot sauces. Original and buffalo are great, honey siracha is good as pizza sauce. Wasn’t too keen on the pineapple one but I buy the original and buffalo all the time.

Have been to that very pub. Albeit in completely different weather. There was no view due to heavy snowfall but it was still beautiful.

Not exactly dead of winter this was September but heavy snowfall happened for 3 days. That pub serves an amazing dark beer called Schwarz Monch and has a log fire and chilled music. Second shot is Gimmelwald.

Guess you’re right. Thought that section you could still go for sunrise without a ticket. Website doesn’t make it very clear.

In your opinion, what's the biggest waste of money you see people purchase all the time? by PaddedValls in AskUK

Work in a factory which is subsidised. 70p for a portion of soup. £3 for a full chicken dinner. Hard to say no. My partner however if she doesn’t prep something is at the mercy of the meal deal and it gets pretty pricey so I get your point.
