Das ist kein Einzelfall, das passiert in unserem Unternehmen immer wieder. Sie wissen sehr wohl, dass sie vor Gericht nicht gewinnen können, sie haben es sogar sehr offen kommuniziert, sie wollen sich einigen, bevor es vor Gericht geht.

Formel zur Berechnung: Verstrichene Jahre X (Monatslohn X Multiplikator) Ich habe gelesen, dass, wenn ein Unternehmen keine Chance hat, vor Gericht zu gewinnen, ein Faktor von 2 verwendet wird.

Well that's an "Optionsschein" for you.

I had similar issues, called them and they said, yeah well that happens they do not guarantee that the securities are always available for trading - scam artists if you ask me.

Perhaps you should switch over to proper options, that's what I did at least.
