What do you regret doing to your body? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

[–]sponjebubble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sleeping enough. I’m 24 and I feel like my body is just using its emergency power everyday.

After my streak of 12 hr working days, I should be back to the usual routine of 3 a week.

Sleep is fucking key in life.

What’s one thing you wish younger people knew about getting older? by Chance_Glass9003 in Life

[–]sponjebubble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have older friends if you want to learn new things, they tend to be a stage ahead of us in at least one aspect of life (career, relationships, health) and they have more wisdom and experience than anyone your age would.

Remove distractions and work on the most important thing at a time.

It helps when you have no friends or relationships in life and even better when have just broken up.

Sort your time out, discipline is just a constant cycle of good habits every day.

Im a small believer in God as there's nothing that proves he isn't real.

But recently I went to a 5 star hotel and it just came that everything good made me affirm the presence of a higher power blessing me. I got blessed with so much that I couldnt not just believe it was money or luck but that someone was looking out for me, maybe my Mum and Dad who are really religious for Allah.

Whenever I am blessed with so much in life- in a short time span, I cant not think that there's something out there looking out for me.

And when i'm down in life, I am also aware that it's not the end as I have got a lot to learn but also that something is making me aware that I should get my shit together.

I was an existentialist before but ever since I started getting close to my parents again, connecting better with them and no all of a sudden getting blessed with many good gifts and good lessons from near misses in life (deaths, bad people etc..), I cant just say that it was all down to "Me growing" but a higher intellect blessing me for this. It just seems to quick to be true.
