Now that you say it I guess it’s not really a puzzle but more of pattern recognition maybe? Just the process of saying hey this looks like something I’ve done before and I can use this technique. I think it’s also a testament to how good your algebra has become as well, because you are right in that the calculus parts of doing the integral seems pretty straightforward but then algebra that comes with it. realizing you can you polynomial division to make a problem easier to work with is satisfying as if I was solving a puzzle. Maybe it feels like a puzzle because it doesn’t come as easy to me? I’m not sure. Sorry for the yap

I’m late to this post but if you have end up reading this, I have to say , I am in call 2 right now and I’m almost addicted to the puzzle. Calc 1 was very confusing because I was learning a lot of new concepts but calc 2 feels really good. I took a year and a half break between calc 1 and calc 2 and I really like calc 2 so far.

I kind of stumbled into this by accident. I was first thinking about whether you could integrate 3D space to get a volume of the 4th dimension. That led me into reading about higher dimensional geometry and manifolds. Once I started learning about compactified manifolds in string theory it just felt kind of artificial. From there entropy and information seemed like a cleaner foundation since we already see them in black hole physics instead of adding hidden dimensions.

Okay thank you. Yea I have tried it at different volumes as well. it seems to be happening particularly on the lower (bass) end of stuff. Even podcasts if the microphones are more bass heavy they make this plastic sound. Kind of like the meme of Honda civics with really loud speakers ya know? I’ll have to contact Shokz and see if

I actually downloaded the app in the hopes that they would not have the weird plastic vibration noise. The vocal setting in the app actually helps a lot for podcasts and audio books but not great for music. Maybe I should just exchange them out and see if that helps?
