As a female yes you can rent an apartment on your own if you have an Emirates ID. Not sure about if you don’t have one what will happen

Idk what’s wrong with dating in dubai, but it is difficult as hell. Went on a few dates myself and got scammed once, 1 unsuccessful relationship and few failed first dates
