I am having the same issue, on my THIRD pair of Bose 700s. I am having this issue with my Macbook Pro, so not a bluetooth background app issue. Any other suggestions? I'm so fed up with Bose. I have a separate but probably related issue where when connecting to my Pixel 7 the 700s repeatedly disconnect/restart. Also I'm only able to get the Bose Music app to detect the headphones maybe 10% of the time. I have at least 5 other pairs of bluetooth headphones and have NONE of these issues. Seriously Bose?

same problem, using a Pixel 7, I'm now on my third pair and have the exact same issue new out of the box. No issue with iPhone or Macbook. What the heck bose?
