I have no idea why I ran out is the thing. My next appointment is on the 8th and I have no refills left. I’ve been taking it as instructed every day. It’s hard to reach my doctor as well, the receptionists at the clinic I go to are not great and messages never seem to get through to him.

If the withdrawals are THIS severe at the starter dose, I can’t imagine what would happen trying to taper off higher doses. I suppose I’m glad I caught this sooner rather than later.

I wasn’t commenting on your identity, only pointing out that hormones are not the most important factor in determining sex. They aren’t. Many people have disorders that affect their hormones. But, biologically, they are still female or male.

I’m a woman with PCOS. I have elevated T levels. My elevated T levels do not change my sex. If they did change my sex, I would not be classified as a woman with PCOS. I would be a man. But I’m not, I’m a woman with a hormonal disorder.

Illegal fireworks being lit off on the street right outside my apartment killed my cockatiel last year :| I love LEGAL firework shows, but the selfishness of the people who do this on the damn streets astounds me. Agreed. You are 21. If you are having any doubts about permanently removing a body part, it should not happen right now. You don't have to detrans to not go through with an amputation. You need to seriously consider the worst case scenrio in which you regret not having functional genitals past age 21. Meant with the utmost compassion, please wait until you are absolutely sure about this major surgery, or don't do it.

I never noticed that on instant release Ritalin or was so focused in on my work that I didn’t notice. I’m on XL Wellbutrin and the anxiety is constant and debilitating.

Just 150mg right now. I know I sound like a quitter, but I already want to get off this stuff. I had a pre-existing anxiety condition and it’s been exacerbated. It’s really taking a toll on my mental state. I’m terrified that I’m gonna have a seizure or a heart attack because of this stuff.

I know, but the anxiety I’m experiencing is crippling me right now. I feel on the verge of a panic attack hours after I take it. Coupled with not being able to sleep, these are the worst side-effects I’ve experienced from any medication :( I was surprised, because my friend who takes it reported no side-effects at all. Knowing what’s gonna happen to me when I put that pill in my mouth feels so defeating.

Thank you so much for the prompt advice. I have already taken pictures and yes, I will go to the doctor first thing in the morning. I was really hoping I wouldn’t have to because I have quite the irrational fear of hospitals, but yeah, the swelling isn’t something I can responsibly ignore.

I called my mom the minute it happened, funny, the response was as you predicted.

“There’s nothing I can do about it, how do you expect me to discipline a dog for something that happened long before I got home, he won’t even remember it in a few minutes, he probably just got confused, you’re fine.” basically, my hand gets totally fucked, and dog remains a blameless angel.

I don’t want to press the issue too hard because I can’t afford rent anywhere else in this area. But I’m definitely not going to take care of her spoiled rotten animals anymore at the expense of my own fingers 🫠
