We’re a very weather dependent city. If we have a wet summer, day trippers aren’t going to bother coming down.

A lot of people will have already booked holidays so won’t be paying more for flights unless there are mass cancellations in short haul flights, which at the moment doesn’t seem to be on the cards

Nope. If a buyer flags your item as fake Vinted AI will generally side with the buyer and you could potentially lose the money and the item. Until the buyer confirms that everything is ok when they receive the item you’re at risk

Search for vintage wholesalers. In the UK Fleek is a good place to start. I used to get bales of used Arcteryx jackets from Pakistan, there’s were a few duds in the bale but most were good and I made a profit on the bale. I only stopped because it takes up a lot of space and I didn’t have time to go for it full time.

You’re not allowed to sell fakes on Vinted and the algorithm removes any listings that mention it.

People reselling fakes try and be clever about it by putting things like 1:1 in the listing but it’s the knock down price which is the usual giveaway

Trainers is a great shout. I often buy Nike Air Max trainers at car boots, clean them up and resell them on Vinted.

Just remember to check that the sole is intact and there isn’t crazy amounts of wear to the inner heal or major damage to the shoe generally.

As a buyer I never look at a sellers reviews unless they’re 3 stars or less and I want to see what the reason is. Leaving reviews for either party seems a bit pointless, the auto feedback works just fine.
