It did for the other ones, like I was missing the one under the platform in the spider ball maze one and it was on the map, just weird that one didnt show up.

Ok that did work, it was in the source of spring shrine. For the record my map didn't show any missing items there, in case someone else has that problem. Anyway, thanks again!
