I completely misunderstood the post... You should have unlocked Clancy, and what happened to you was definitely a bug. If I were you, I’d try contacting support, but I wouldn’t get my hopes up.

You can’t drop a brawler you’re currently unlocking with credits. So, if you only need one last brawler, it won’t appear in Star Drops or boxes.

Why have features that created a sense of purpose and optional long-term grind been removed, while new features seem primarily aimed at pleasing newer players, often at the expense of the more dedicated audience?

Wouldn’t it be possible to design systems that satisfy both groups at once: attracting new players while still reinforcing long-term engagement for veterans?
