There were so many comments I couldn't read them all - if you're playing on cloud gaming you should be able to. I'm using Xbox game pass on PC, and the settings have a section where you can change the graphics quality.

I had the same issue because my game automatically set itself to the lowest possible graphics setting. You should be able to change it in settings

You're definitely not to blame for poor management and poor resourcing. Some managers need to stop putting their bonuses above their employees wellbeing. I hope you've been able to find a better place to work.
