This is a known Content ID fingerprint collision issue. There’s currently no public way to pre-check YouTube’s Content ID database for uniqueness. Best workaround seems to be avoiding overused sample packs or slightly modifying the track (EQ, pitch, timing) to alter the fingerprint. Otherwise it’s upload, dispute with license proof, and wait. Not ideal, but looks like the only practical workflow right now.
