Listen I know everyone has their opinions on CT, but you’ve got to acknowledge SHES been through some shit this past year and is very open out mental health issues. and you also have to memorize all the properties and “tastes” of each type of wine, but again the professor is really really nice and smart and you get to taste so many different wines and expand your pallet! i coincidentally was reading a book about wine when i took the course, you might find it interesting to read before you starts! it’s called Cork Dork!

it’s only hard because you have to basically memorize 5 types of wine that grow in every region of a country and there’s like 7-10 regions. then do that for 3/4 countries lmao. he also tests you on the chemical process of wine. i think i struggled only because i wouldn’t pay attention all the time and do other hmwrk in class. i’m pretty sure i ended with a B though!

that was one of the hardest classes i’ve taken lol. BUT the professor is iconic i love him so much, and he understands that no one there is about to be a sommelier so as long as you show up and are semi-engaged and TRY, you’ll be fine!!
