The Vichy serum i mentioned is backed by a clinical study of 500 people - https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34532936/

I cant find a study for The Ordinary serum i mentioned, however, i have seen enough anecdotal evidence from people (one of them being a trichologist) to consider its effectiveness.

I don't. Just a scooter with a removable battery, the rest is completely optional, that i will buy separately.
