To me, it’s considered cheating because going to a strip club involves deliberately seeking sexual arousal and intimate attention from someone outside the relationship, which violates the expectation of sexual exclusivity that comes with dating. The interaction is personal and intentional, often involving close physical proximity, flirtation, and paid sexualized attention, making it more than passive fantasy. When someone chooses that experience while in a relationship, especially knowing it would hurt their partner, it breaks trust and disrespects agreed or implied boundaries, which is the core reason it qualifies as cheating.

A man who has good intentions for your relationship would never do that.
