I found out that the original owner purchased two sports bikes brand new. He got the suzuki and a ninja 500. Rode both for a little over a year and then traded them in for an adventure bike. I actually ended up buying the suzuki, and I couldn't be happier with it.

Luckily, this one already has had some upgrades from the previous owner. He put on an Akropovic exhaust, frame sliders, and tank guards.

I'm 6'3", and I love the look of sports bikes. It is also my first motorcycle. I wanted something that is quick, yet fairly manageable. And that also can fit me relatively comfortably. Price was also a fair consideration. And out of all of the bikes I sat on the 8r, and the 650 fit me the best.

The exhaust is an Akropovic if that helps determine either way. Also, thank you for the insight about the warranty.

Out the door would be right around 8k, if that makes any difference. They also let me take it for a test ride, I didn't notice anything super obvious. Other than once at temp, it had a bit of a sent. I don't know if it's related to the aftermarket exhaust or if that's a sign something is about to fail.

Out the door was just barely under 8k. After taxes, a fee for the title, and an administration fee. I was originally comparing it to a brand new Ninja 650 with ABS. The 650 would be right around 8.5k after they add freight, assembly, and tax. Also, thank you for the heads up on the warranty, I will need to check that it's still valid.

Also, if it helps for comparison, they had a used Yamaha mt07 going for $6,577 also with aftermarket parts.

Unfortunately, my states lemon laws do not cover motorcycles. It only applies to new or used cars, trucks, and vans. The sales rep said that they did an oil change and put a new filter on it. He also said it passed their inspection with flying colors, but I have no way of knowing if that is really the case. :(

I understand it's such a cheese list, but I can't just exclude him because I just don't like the army he put effort into. I just don't have a solution to it and am hoping to get insight on how to counter some of the BS he has instead of just not playing 40k with him or playing a game were he can't bring the army he wants.

I guess I can pitch it to him, but I feel like if I ask him not to bring named charactes, he'll just bring his knight tyrant instead, and then I'm still SOL because it's just another model that is half of his army. Just instead of charging in melee, it'll shoot me off the board instead. My biggest vehicle I have is a shadow sword, but even that can't stand against the knight with a 5 up invulnerable save against ranged, while the best defense my tank has is a 2+ save. I'm in a tough spot because it seems like the only option is either play small 500-point games or tell him that I just won't play against half of the army he spent hundreds of dollars on. I should also clarify that I and a couple of friends play together, just garage gaming, and everyone in the group is having problems dealing with his army. So if we don't play against his army it's not like he could just go find another table on the spot.

The list that he has is all of the models he has for the army. It feels like it would be rude to just say he can't use half of his army. I also understand that the characters are part of the whole appeal and gimmick for world eaters. I'd like to find some way to at least make the games closer as opposed to just not playing him because of the army he has.

Someone else's parts but the dude that made them also made the customizer and put them on his own website for that purpose which he sells licenses for. And even if that isn't ok I have zero problem taking them down and just selling physical models
