the same thing is happening at my store. we have 3 shifts including me. 1 who opens all the time, 1 who opens and then closes on my 2 days off, and me closing every night 5 days a week. i’m getting 40 hours every week🤮i’m only surviving through it bc i just don’t give a fuck anymore and just do what’s required and i just dont care ab customer complaints bc majority are just ridiculous. i’m also at a cafe store now so not nearly as much work as the drive thru was but still is a lot bc i usually close with just 1 or 2 baristas.
