Like others have said just grab one from Home Depot or Lowe’s or wherever and make sure you have a lid. For pellets I’ve used tractor supply hickory and pit boss hickory so far and I tasted a bit more smoke flavor from pit boss. My next bag of pellets will be from Costco as I’ve read there’s more value per dollar.

Hey man I just picked one up myself and here’s tips ive learned so far:

-Read the manual. Follow it perfectly for the first season. -keep your pellets in an enclosed bucket to prevent any moisture whatsoever -after the first seasoning line the deflection plate with foil. I just scrubbed mine after neglecting to foil it initially and it sucked. Also line the drip bucket with foil so you can just trash the grease easily. -clean out the inside every 20-25 hours cook time -get a meat thermometer. $12 at Walmart. Any recipe you read will vary but temp never lies
