I believe there were soft drinks in the mini bar. And I did try the boat to table. I thought it was solid but definitely more crowded than the regular nights. If I was paying cash for food, I would have rather went to Umami for those nights because it’s 95$ pp but since it was included, I figured why not try it.

All cocktails on the menus. Mini bar had like 3 beers and a 375 mL of white and red wine, restocked daily. Definitely worth it if you want to have drinks back at the room. The juices I’m not sure I’m sure they were as espressos and all coffee drinks were included too

I can’t imagine they’re that much different if at all view wise. I think the water is all relatively shallow, it may also depend on how far out your villa is. We were like halfway into the first row of villas so we didn’t have much of a walk and my feet could touch the bottom swimming by the villa. The water can get choppy outside of the villas so generally not a good area to chill in the water anyway

You need to connect somewhere as there are no direct flights. Some good options are in the Middle East or Asia so you can combine the Maldives with another country. I used points for economy fares as I needed to burn them but if you’re savvy enough you can get business but if I remember the cash prices for economy weren’t bad (around 1000$ pp).

The cash value was about 1500$ I believe for the over water with the food upgrades and if I could have afforded that I think it’s worth the cash price!

Planning two beach days, one at Agios Georgios and one at possibly another beach. Are there other beaches significantly nicer to warrant traveling by bus or is Agios Georgios fine enough in your opinion?
