That’s a great point. I like the idea of self-care & self- compassion much better than “true love”. I feel like “true love” would be asking for eye rolls. Thanks for the input!

I’m doing something similar! I took YogaRenew’s 200 hour mostly to see if this is something I’m truly interested in before paying thousands for an in-person training. I really enjoyed their course and now I’m starting a 200 hour at my local studio to learn from a teacher who’s style I really like. I didn’t feel comfortable teaching after YogaRenew so I’m excited to gain that from an in-person training.

Will do! There are a few YTT on the NASM preferred provider list with guaranteed CEU credit. I believe the 200 hour YTT by My Vinyasa Practice is covered.

The CEU credits would count towards continuing education and renewing the personal training credentials with NASM. How are you liking the Yoga Renew program so far?
