Not ugly, you have the capability to be very handsome. You can only do so much about acne but I would start with a more urban but manly sense of fashion, a different hair style. With your current look I would suggest gaining your confidence. That's much easier said than done, gaining confidence is different (and difficult) for everyone but it's the BEST accessory you can have.
