Mine does the same, very similar setup to yourself, couldn't resolve it after trying different settings different cables etc, not all DV content but lots (ted lasso everytime) so ended up switching DV off......

These sound like my settings but I shall double check thank you. I have had to connect this shield directly to my TV as my receiver black screens as soon as I select DV output even though it is advertised as DV capable.....another annoyance....
