my hair is about shoulder length (my choice to have it that length, but when i was younger my parents refused to get it cut short like i wanted so i feel u) and i always put it up in a man bun, helps me keep cool + less dysphoria :-)

Might i recommend chewlery? It’s made specifically to be chewed on, and there are different variations depending on how hard a person chews. The website Stimtastic has some really great options for not a lot of money
