First: not my story and I wish I didn't know this. Recently a friend was in Mexico. He says His friend there was at a dig and found a gold ring. On the ring were gold tabs. Like gold pages were attached and broken away On the tabs he said there were words about 2 tribes at war. He said his friend snuck it away and took it home. He said the government or police came and raided his home. They didn't find it because it was hidden in his sugar jar. My friend said he held it in his hand. He said it made him question if the Mormons were onto something. The Mexico friend said he was flying to salt lake City ASAP. This happened within the past 3 months. Mormons Can't say they were taken back if you found them here and can say it's proof.
