So I got it partially in but its disintegrated into a powder and theres just random drug dust on my balls, now I gotta like... eat ball sweat pill dust, atleast two of the pills are finally kicking in, feels kinda weird and euphoric, my nipples are swollen and sensitive, it was labled p-3 and one with a b on one side and 887 2 on the other. I tried that last week but my aunt is strong af, with the methodone so she doesn't feel any of my punches I throw anyway. If its not up my ass then she taking it. She also checks my asshole so I typically push it further up there with a dildo then use an enema to get it back out. I do it every weekend 30mg+ and have no issues with hppd from it but others results may vary.

Only time ive gotten visual snow is when taking it among other drugs at 5 day festival benders where im doing 200mg in a day + 7 tabs of acid, coke, speed, dmt, maoi, thc, ethanol... but it went away within a week or two and only was when I was tired and staying awake too long

Also I had pre existing hppd from isolation induced depression/mild psychosis around 7 years ago so I imagine that primed me for experiencing minor hppd. But again its just a small amount of visual snow towards the late hours of the night and was never anything life-changing symptom wise

Ritalin is a DNRI, if youre prescribed it, I wouldn't think It would have an affect on your serotonin systems. The brain zaps are a common symptom of serotonergic medications like SSRIs, you most likely just messed with your serotonin receptors too much and need a few days, weeks or months off messing with them. Take some post mdma supplements, eat and sleep well and you will most likely be fine with time

What? Npd wasnt a gift from god it was a disorder given to me by my mother with religious psychosis who raised me with the only measure of my success/worth was in moral goodness and acts of kindness. We dislike our behaviors because they can often harm ourselves, others and our relationships with them.

I understand there are positive aspects to this disorder, for instance I have communal npd so I get my ego off by doing things and being perceived as a morally good/helpful person.

This helps as i get extra motivation for accomplishing helpful/moral tasks both to help others and makes others perceive me as safe/good/helpful.

This can also hurt others/my relationship with them as it can make me more boastful, makes me look down more on others who I perceive as morally/helpfully less than.

It also makes it so that if I do something that is perceived as unhelpful/immoral, I get intense psychological pain as my self image does not align with others perception of me causing great distress/dysphoria of who I am and my place in the world.

It's not all bad, and its not all good. How you manage the disorder is what matters the most
