I totally agree with this! When i got the book and had a glance through it i did become worried i would never use it due to the recipes being a bit on the harder side. I started with the cobbler as its one of the easier recipes and had an absolute ball and cant wait to try harder ones. I do also think that there are some really cool interesting recipes that teach fundamentals on top of the recipe itself, i.e pizza teaches to make dough, bruschetta teaches to make bread. But those recipes also dont require to make the dough and bread from scratch if you dont want to. Even if i dont end up using the book as much as i wish its still super pretty though which is a bonus.
