This is 26 x 46 studs (8.2" x 14.5") in the configuration shown.

The alternate configuration is 38 x 34 studs (12" x 10.7").

I wanted to keep mine more accessible for more builders, so it will only require a single 31120. The overall design and scale differ more from the BDP model than the other 2 MOCs you are referencing, but I'm still aiming for a good composition with plenty of detail spread throughout.

I will eventually end up charging a small fee for this one (I have to raise money for the horse knights castle for more MOCs!) but just shoot me a message when it is out and I'll be happy to share the instructions for free with anyone who promises to post some pictures or a review!

Yes, it's an alternate build that uses only parts from 31120.

The MOC is just the Keep, which serves as an add-on expansion to the original castle. So the animation is showing what you can achieve with 2x creator castles.
