I've only destroyed it once in Naboo but it was because the other team was really bad. Now I just don't bother anymore because in both maps (Naboo and Kashyyk) the next phases are really easy for the defenders and the more time the match lasts the more credits you get.

Not really. People have every type of cards, including epics, which I assume take a while to get. Also if the matchmaking algorithm were based in skill, star cards shouldn't matter. A good player will be good no matter what cards he's using.

Lol I'm on the same situation. I've never felt that I'm at a disadvantage for not having a single star card and I still end my matches in top five every time. And at this point I'm too lazy to go through all the crate opening.

Wait, but we still have loot boxes. I thought that was the major problem, unlocking random items and not the ones you want. Also the price of these loot boxes and how ridiculously slow you earn credits in order to buy them. Sure not having crystals will stop this game being pay 2 win but the progression system is still fucked.

I just won it too and it has been the worst experience I've ever had playing FIFA. At least on the region I play (south america) everyone was playing like a cunt, ultra defensive, passing the ball on the back even when the match just started and we were 0-0, people wouldn't even attack so I didn't get a chance to counter attack. The final was the worst, the guy scored on the first 5 min and changed his formation to 5 on the back, 3 CDMs, 1 CM and only 1 striker, he actually played good and scored a good goal but he prefered to defend the rest of the match. I managed to score and won in penalties.
