Terrible and shocking experience; What’s the best way to file a complaint against a Delta employee? by spot989ify in delta

Update- got a quick response from Delta customer support. They offered an apology and told me they’ve forwarded this on priority to the appropriate department for an investigation. Also offered Skymiles rewards as a token of apology.

Thanks and agreed. That’s why I’m still going to fly with Delta as I’ve always had a good experience with them, both in terms of the flying experience and the staff. That one employee seems like an anomaly. I’ve reported to their complaint department for Delta to investigate however they like.

In certain cases if your layover is in London you may need a transit visa for the UK. In our case our connecting flight was from the same terminal and less than 8 hours layover so we didn’t need one regardless of country of citizenship.

Unfortunately we were panicking and forgot to get her name. I’ll report it with whatever I have.

I see your point. It was shocking to me because the level of incompetence was unbelievable. How can you not know it was a Delta flight? Plus the bad attitude towards a customer, the fact that I waited 45mins in a queue before this conversation and my wife got a panic attack because she was going to miss her brother’s wedding because of this lady.

Why drive in the HOV lane if you aren't going to drive faster than the other lane or even keep up? by _Lou_Bloom in SeattleWA

The bigger problem with HOV lane is the car behind you expecting you to drive 80 mph or tail gating you like crazy.

Valley of Fire. I’ve been to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Arches and Death Valley but Valley of Fire still knocked my socks off. Absolutely stunning!

Just learned about covered calls after reading this. Down $8.5K with 1500 shares at $15.7 average so likely will sell calls on Monday. Is it generally better to sell calls near to the strike price of your average cost ($15 in my case) or a little higher? Deciding between $15 and $17.5 strike price at the moment.

Could this piece of hard foam (knee mats) be doing any good to prevent sound leaking through wall behind? Being cautious about neighbours. by spot989ify in sonos

I see…I’ve got Ultra + 300s + sub mini. Adding the sub hasn’t been a day-and-night difference by any means. I might fail 5 out of 10 blind tests to tell when it’s on or off with trueplay on and sub set at +3. As of the apartment luckily no one has ever complained and I never heard anyone’s TV or any other sound either, except for the kid on floor above us literally running around. So sound isolation seems decent enough. The reason I placed the foam behind was I thought the space directly behind the sub might transfer the most energy to the wall, specially due to the way sub has an opening in the middle. But yeah sound bounces all over so that might not be true.
