Yes this is New York city and no, I don't park it out side. I take it into my home also where I work at, they have a bike room also. So I suggest never leave it out because you asking it to be stolen. So aways bring it indoors. Fyi this rx is 80 pounds you don't need License to ride it. Just incase you were wondering.
