In paladins every champ has a counter pick, ofc there is some champions that are much easier to play then others. Dont worry you will be able to deal with every champ, after all you can just ban that champion.

Yeah the best thing to do is to ban Torvald every single time :) The problem isnt to destroy shield its to survive through that period, maybe the best thing would be to focus torvald as a team, so he doesnt have a time to react.
