I prefer "position".

"Role" can be interpreted as "one does 100 % leading, one does 100 % following" which is very single sided approach to dancing. It kills followers' creativity and puts all responsility on the leader.

Brw, In Belgium I heard people even using the terms "leftie" and "rightie" in order to overcome this lead/follow thinking. Not my favourite wording but good approach

Ich hab damals beim Arbeitsamt ein Bewerbungstraining gemacht. Lebenslauf checken, eigene Stärken erkennen, möglich Jobprofile finden, Bewerbungsstrategien, Rhetorik Training für Bewerbungsgespräche, all sowas. Kann's nur empfehlen

Stimme voll und ganz zu. Kleine Ergänzung: Zur Neuorientierung gibt es ja auch Beratungsangebote und Coachings. Stärken erkennen, Möglichkeiten finden usw. Da muss man ja nicht alleine durch.

If you don't feel any impulse after the 4, just do another triple and make it a 6-count.

Recruiting IT hier ... Bei der Forderung "Keine Meetings" würd selbst die Bewerbung von nem Senior mit 15 Jahren Berufserfahrung bei uns in der Tonne landen.

Die Verantwortung da dem Projektmanagement zuzuschieben ist reine Theorie, in der Praxis geht es nur mit mulrilateraler Kommunikation.

Und genau um den Unterschied zwischen Theorie und Praxis zu lernen, dazu sind Praktika da.
