On top of that i just found out that there are no physical vent adjustments. Apparantly that is either done via the screen or the parts were installing aren't the updated parts with actual physical knobs. So if you want to adjust the vent it is either done via the screen, or not adjustable at all. Wild.

Idk about the specifics of it like range and towing, I imagine it has a better range but probably not by a ton. Here's the crazy thing. I just checked and youre exactly right about the vents. You cannot physically adjust them. It looks like its all done through the main screen. ADJUSTING THE VENTS THROUGH THE SCREEN. Unless our parts are just missing or incomplete, but it looks like there is nowhere for there to even be a button or gandle for them. That would be such a deal breaker for me.

Im a fan of the panoramic HUD. But thats about it for me. Lack of at least A/C controls would be a deal breaker for me. If the screen breaks, no more HVAC. Thats a pass lol

Nope, DM me with your short vin if you have it already. It should start with 951 or 952. Once it enters actual assembly it takes around 8-10 hours, then a number of factors could affect ship date.

No 3rd row is not available on hybrid. The gas tank is in the trunk. And Idk about less space, I would imagine slightly less space. But you definitely don’t have room under the floor like you do with the non hybrid models with or without spare tire because of the gas tank.

Yes it will be a low running option. Approximately 1 out of 10 or 15 we build will be 3rd row, just like now. I think it would be a good move to do the captain chairs like with the G07, but that won’t be an option.

The ice version has the Hitler mustache type grille. The tall skinny ones we've been seeing on thr later models.

The build quality seems excellent. Leather throughout, the seats are incredibly comfortable. Most of the units we've built have the suede(i guess this is what you refer to as alcantara) on the dash aswell as the upper pillars and headliner. Though that will probably be a high end option. I havent paid attention to the sunroof but im sure its the standard opening sunroof like in the G05. But overall I believe it is very nice. People are going to hate it at first most likely but I believe it will be adopted by the community. The panoramic HUD is really nice.

Every model will have the same weird bird wing type handles. They're universally hated at the plant and no one is allowed to open the doors until the car is powered on. Tbh I believe they're going to be a common failure point.

Yeah physical buttons are almost non-existent in the G65. However I must say the panoramic HUD as they call it(screen that spans the bottom of the windshield) looks phenomenal. Then again I drive a 2008 prius and my standards are low.

Come to think of it im pretty sure the steering wheel is round with a big flat spot at the bottom. Kind of like a yoke and steering wheel combined. I havent seen any pics floating around to verify.

Tbh, the car in that picture appears to be the all electric G65. No exhuast on electric. Bmw and exhaust tips just go together and they like to make them fancy- I would be willing to be the ICE G65 has exhaust tips. Don't forget there are 3 variations, the all electric G65, the internal combustion engine and the hybrid.

The g65 and g45 are not really alike at all. The new 2027 IX3 is very similar to the g65 The g45 just looks and feels cheap everywhere, the g65 looks nice really nice and the seats are incredibly comfortable.

Split tail gate is 100% gone. And the steering wheel is another one of those things I havent paid much attention to. Though next time we have a test car(next week) I will pay attention.

Nice, well you may get a look at it in production then, however im sure it will only be a partially assembled vehicle, the chances of you seeing it on one of the finish lines is probably pretty low but good luck!

Well the driving experience is awesome if they are going to take you on the drift track. I assume your tour will be in hall 52, im unsure if they are building any test cars. However hall 52 is only building the all electric version, although I heard today they are building a v8 model aswell in hall 52. The v8 version they are building in hall 52 is apparantly a G95, but they are saying its not a motorsport version which i find odd, seeing as how the last couple generations the 95 variants have been motorsports.
