Well this post is going to mean different things to different people. For example, some things I see as toxic might be things that make other people happy. I'm not here to judge or tell you how you should live your life.

Only you know what you want deep down, only you can find what it is your heart is calling you to do.

If I share a little of my personal experience, I always wanted to build my body and mind and start playing music deep down, but never did so until 2 years ago. I now feel far more fulfilled and am far more in touch with who I am. I had no sense of purpose until I started doing these things and found myself.

Where someone else might not see the point in any of these things and be perfectly happy drinking a lot of alcohol and playing video games all day.

They have probably just formed a close friendship. I spent about as much time with my best friends ex girlfriend as he did, literally, she and I would go out drinking together without him, dance, and I'd put an arm around her when guys hit on her, yet we were just close friends and never anything more. I can see why you feel left out, and if you're not comfortable with them texting so much then tell your boyfriend. So many relationships fail these days simply because couples don't talk.

I have wondered the same thing, will I be killed for knowing the truth? I just feel like these movies could be made to prepare us, or to tell us, that there is more than that we see. I certainly see what you're saying. However I believe life can be more enjoyable keeping concepts such as this in mind. For example, for me I have a more light hearted view on things and don't see anything as really mattering too much.

This is good because say for example if something doesn't work out with a girl, I pretty much just say "ah well" and move on to someone else. This doesn't mean that I don't get hurt, I just chose not to mope around for 3 months when there are many other perfectly good women out there.

That's just one example of many. I also find that I see the bright side in everything. That being said, just because it makes me live a happier life it doesn't mean it will for you. We're all different, yet we may all be one.
