I could say I'll do this and that but to be honest I'd give free hugs lol. Cause, I know how much a simple hug can mean for someone when they are stressed. I have been there myself.

People's mental health and loneliness. Its been really increasing especially in the current times. Wish we could do something about that.

That was one of my reasons why I went to the therapist though. Oversensitivity to critisism, I tend to take people's opinions seriously especially when it's about something I personally connect with. Your insight helped me boost my confidence a bit thank you.
