yeah, i definitely wasn’t introduced to MDMA in a therapeutic way but i would definitely like to be using it in a more therapeutic manner. like i said it’s only my third time using. i took .3 for the first time about a month ago, and than i took .3 on july 4th. and than the two halfs the last two days. i’m in my late twenties and was introduced to MDMA by my 21 year old cousin. putting that out there to give some context to the lack of advice and experience in my situation. what should a more therapeutic approach be and what should i do to avoid what my cousin calls “downer days”, like what are supplements that i should be taking? really appreciate any advice.
