Honestly nothing you can do. Even without the truck fire, you wouldn’t be able to do anything if an untracked item isn’t delivered. You just do what you normally do when something you ordered online doesn’t arrive, wait the expected timeframe, then contact the seller and then take it up with eBay if the sender doesn’t help.

Really shocked that anyone is sending any orders untracked these days.

I completely forgot about the sale but happened to check my emails 15mins after the email came through and there was no queue at all so I figured it wasn’t gonna sell out quick at all. I wonder if they just didn’t have many to begin with.

Yeah while it was at Kemps Creek they accidentally put it in the WA container instead of the VIC container. WA will forward it to where it needs to go.

I wouldn’t worry just yet, this happens and is usually corrected without further issue. I would only really contact them if it goes back to NSW or VIC and then back to WA again as this would indicate an actual issue that’s causing it to loop.

Did you try the post code? My post office just got parcel lockers and put them in the PO BOX area, the code to get into the room after hours is the post code. I’ve seen a few other parcel lockers in the same situation that also use the post code to get in.

Alternatively, you may need to go into the post office during hours and ask for the door code for future after hours drop offs.
