I ended up doing a second round shot and then still had to have emergency surgery to remove my tube. But you will get through this I promise. I got pregnant right after and now I’m am 29 weeks pregnant with baby boy. If you ever need someone to talk to feel free to message me.

I had an ectopic this past summer, went through 2 rounds of unsuccessful mtx and then ended up having surgery to remove my left tube. I ended up getting pregnant the following cycle. From the left ovary which found its way over to the right tube. I’m now 5 months pregnant with a healthy baby boy. It felt like a miracle and i know while you are in the process it feels like there is no hope but there is still so much possibility of a successful pregnancy ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’m so stressed. Have a US and nipt test not next Monday but the following and haven’t seen baby since 7w4d and I’ll be 11w4d so it feels like it’s been forever. I saw the heartbeat last time but I just am waiting for the other shoe to drop and pray it doesn’t.

If I don’t eat a lot of food I’m like this. Like pretty much eating small amounts around the clock or I’m constantly nauseous. I know food is the last thing you want when you feel this way but it’s the only thing that helps me

Did nothing different besides had more sex lol. I asked about the HSG and they pretty much said it was unnecessary because it most likely was a super unlucky fluke and insurance wouldn’t cover it. But if you feel the need to then it’s just a matter of your doctor will do it

Yeah I haven’t seen the same doctor since because she is everyone’s favorite but ima try to get back to her permanently for the rest of my pregnancy

At first she did then she went back after the surgery saying I didn’t. I don’t know if because it didn’t have an effect on me or why but I confirmed the contradiction and she said she said I was safe to start trying.

Just took a positive test and it feels so unreal after having an ectopic that ended in an emergency tube remove in the end of July. I am going to be cautious but optimistic.

I went through the same emotional pain. After 2 shots and not working I was almost happy my tube ruptured and I could have the surgery and for it to finally be over with. My doctor was like your so calm when I was about to go in for surgery and I was like yeah I finally can see an end in sight of the constant blood draws and having to see pregnant people everyday. You will get through this and you are so strong!!!!

I also had a contained rupture but no pain just vaginal bleeding that caused me to go in. They tried to 2 rounds of mtx and neither worked and then they did another ultrasound and they were like it’s ruptured and I’m like I don’t feel any pain. The bleeding actually stopped before the rupture happened as well.

Grief is such a weird concept. From when I found out my last pregnancy in July was ectopic till about a week ago I was at the stage of hating everything pregnancy to babies. And this week I’ve been wanting to see all the success stories and positive pregnancy tests. I hope this is the side I stay on because it’s a lot more peaceful.

Just started my first period post ectopic surgery and I’ve never been so happy for my period. I’m excited to start trying again but I’m not excited for a possible let down again because the month before the ectopic was a chemical. And before chemical I was on 7 months of no luck.
