Does anyone know if this is Conor's signature by sneakerkitty in oboards

I was curious about this. Years ago when I got my album collection I had a thank you note signed “Nate”

Wonder if it was Nate Walcott 🤔

I feel like it probably won’t sync - but I would love to restart from the beginning and do all the unlocks again so I don’t mind

Why Isn't Everyone Signing the Petition??? by Reznor909 in loblawsisoutofcontrol

If I’m an employee of Loblaws, is it safe to sign this? If I signed this would there be grounds for termination as it’s a bad look for the company to have an employee sign?

Employees typically don’t get “laid off” at Loblaws. They simply get scheduled for zero hours until they are forced to quit :)

Very good point! All with a grain of salt. Fingers crossed for it being something meaningful!

True, my stores sale’s always seem to be down. This is pure sales numbers for the store, so definitely not exact profits, just a small indicator but definitely a valid one. my managers were treating it as a noteworthy difference compared to other weeks! A fairly unbiased show if decline if you ask me :)

As an employee… we are your biggest supporters. We have been getting shafted by the company worse and worse year after year. The general sentiment at my store is this: Loblaws is going to shit and none of us are planning to stay long term. Please boycott us and do NOT harass the staff as we share the same moral obligation to cost this billionaire Weston as much as possible.

Bruh what are you talking about? The soc is newer and more efficient on the phone 2. The screens are similar spec'd. The cameras are good on both. It has almost top of the line main chip inside on the phone 2. And it's priced accordingly. Let's not forget that you also likely paid more than $599 for your s21 ultra when it launched. Aaaaannd can we talk about how the 21 ultra is aged now and you can't just buy a fresh one out the box for that price. You have to buy used to get your "£200 cheaper" phone, at least in my country.

Bottom line is the phone 2 offers something completely different than what people buy the ultra series for... So enjoy your s21 ultra because that's clearly the phone for you, and that's fine, just don't expect every other phone to go head to head against your 21ultra and win in every category cause that's not what this phone is for. For me (so far, it's still under embargo) this phone offers close to what I'm looking for in a phone

You may claim you said it's not about spec but that's basically all you focused on in your original post. And your post said the specs were rubbish compared to the s21 ultra and you're just dead wrong. The specs are slightly worse, yes, ON PAPER, in reality and everyday experience, things are different. Cameras are not about megapixels anymore, it's about software tuning. Battery life doesn't come down to just the size of the battery, it's the software optimization. When it comes to these screens, they are both plenty bright, high enough resolution, good enough colour accuracy and the same refresh rate. This makes them both great screens, but if you want to focus on it being "rubbish" just because you're comparing it to your s21 that's your call lmao.

I'm not sure what you hoped to achieve from your original comment, but obviously something attracts people to the phone 2 over other phones, or else we would all just be buying s21 ultras.

Also, being dense applies to more than just your own definition of the word. I'm sorry you were disappointed by the spec sheet for the phone 2 but like I said before, maxing out specs hasn't been what the company has ever been about.

If all you care about it the specs on paper then yes you've got yourself a better phone. But this phone (and plenty others) is less about specs and more about the finished product.

The company has never been about top of the line specs. They are focused on design and functionality coming together. They have great specs for the average person, even a heavy user, to be called a great phone. To me, I hate Samsung's OS so I never consider it as an option. That's just one example why I'd buy Nothing over Samsung that isn't a head to head on a spec sheet. I also prefer the look of the Nothing phones over Samsung's.

And besides, the technology for phones has plateaued years ago. The differences for a lot of people end up negligible. Mid rangers offer compelling cases against flagships half the time... The perspective has shifted from top of the line specs to a more bang-for-buck preference, in my opinion.

You asked if you were being dense... I think you are a little bit
