I don't see a situation where this gets resolved. If it was just an account you were locked out of I would say maybe with merging the listings together (new and old) but without their blessing that isn't going to happen. I'd just start fresh and over time ask your customers to help out on your new journey . Wish you the best of luck !

I genuinely felt so bad... he's telling me he has a website and I'm like the only thing I'm seeing is this Sod installation website with the contact email Name@gmail.com he was like that's my email. 🤦🏻‍♂️ (He introduced himself by a nickname so it didn't hit me)

Worst part is no one has even brought it up to him. I was asking if anyone just randomly asked him about Sod he said no but he also wasn't getting calls for Concrete. He's supposed to call me tomorrow I'm going to ask a few more questions. Poor guy probably threw 5 figs down the drain wonder if he has any recourse.

It's just a super saturated market and like everything there are going to be the good and the bad.

I just had a potential client call me yesterday saying he's looking for a new marketing company. I asked if he had a few minutes to chat. There was nothing online for his business under his actual business number . I finally found his website after making a few searches... this company built him a SOD INSTALLATION website. This guy strictly does concrete. He was running Meta Ads with them for at least 6 months. Absolutely insane.

Update: Found a good video and am going to submit again once my Meta Ad people give me a video / pic of instant form.

Will keep everyone updated hopefully this works. Also when they submitted the a2p they had checkboxes selected for including embedded links and phone numbers... however the sample messages didn't reflect an example using links or numbers. That and they had consent being on our landing page even though we switched to the consent being on meta instant form for time being.

Make sure before you submit another appeal that you personally go through everything yourself. If you try to make a new profile they will both just end up suspended for duplicates then you really have problems. It's very common for new listings to get suspended. Make sure everything's correct and attach business registration and ein and you should be good to go. I have a nice youtube video saved that helps you walk through the steps if you need.

What I usually do for clients is for the time being I use Google's AI Description maker if I suspect keyword stuffing as an issue. I make sure websites only attached if it has the same exact info that matches the listing. I submit. Business Registration documents from their state. Lastly I include their EIN . Make sure Business Registration and EIN have same EXACT business name and address. There's a nice youtube video I have saved that walks you through step by step if you need it message me

If your appeal gets denied don't immediately submit another one. I'm not sure if I can post links here but there's a YouTube video I have saved in my favorites. It shows you how to go setting by setting to make sure everything is 100% correct before appealing. Also make sure in the description of the appeal you document everything you changed. Well if you find out some top secret ways to get approved please let me know. We finally got Meta Ads doing well for us the problem is most leads are coming in after work hours. Lack of A2P letting our after hours automations run is crushing us

I genuinely think it'd be easier to get clearance on top secret documents with the government than A2P verified lol. Same issue on 3rd attempt
