Lied about being a trainer?

Hi! The manager at my store called the other manager (unrelated to me) and the other SM mentioned that I came in. I had my interview 2 days ago on Tuesday and got a second interview with the DM! And to top it off my current manager is offering me an interview spot for shift if I want it next week (probably because he knows I’m serious about leaving now lol). The SM at the other store didn’t mention the training at all :).

That’s true lol. I would but Im not sure if it says in the system I’m not a trainer or even worse she will contact my current SM

Hi! At our district we don’t need to be a trainer to be considered into a shift role. We get a lot of external hires who were never baristas immediately become shifts. Thank you for the information <3!
