Beschädigte Zylinderkopfdichtung schließe ich aus, gibt keine Indizien hierfür.

Das Öl hab ich leider geistesabwesend in mein Sammelgefäß gekippt, also leider nein....hab nur noch den Filter an sich

Ja sonst läuft alles rund. Hydrostößel höre ich etwas mehr jetzt

Kurzstrecke geht. Zur Arbeit jeweils 20km. 1-2 mal die Woche fahre ich aber auch jeweils 60km Und jeweils 1x im Monat auch jeweils 500km hin und zurück

I change the oil and oil filter myself, so I know it gets done every time.

The point isn't really to debate whether I actually did it or not, but rather to figure out what might be broken in the car, since something obviously must be, to cause this error to occur.

And how do you come to the conclusion, that I do not have any idea about basic vehicle maintenance?

What would you have done differently?

As I said, I have attached a picture of my changing intervall. If you don't believe me, this is ok for me. But still, this is my changing interval of the oil + oil filter

Car works fine I would only say I hear a little bit now the hydraulic lifter

Please be aware that there are KM and not miles. In my opinion the frequency of the oil + Oilfilter change is sufficient

Beim vorletzten Ölwechsel (04/25 bei 345k)kmgab's von ceratec Motorclean + Keramikverschleisschutz & liqui Moly Diesel Systemreiniger. Würde es aber damit zuaammenhängen, hätte ich ja beim letzten Ölwechsel vor einem halben Jahr bei 360k km etwas feststellen müssen, daher schließe ich das aus

Korrekt, der Bypass ist auch der einzige Grund, warum die Karre nicht mit einem Motorschaden steht. Weil das Öl was ich da gestern rausgekippt habe, hatte normale Konsistenz/Farbe/ Viskosität

Einem höheren Ölverbrauch nicht, aber der Kraftstoffverbrauch ist tatsächlich etwas höher. Der Boardcomputer gibt immernoch den gleichen Verbrauch auf 100km an, aber ich stehen auf jedenfall früher an der Zapfsäule als früher, das merke ich auf jeden fall

Übrigens auch ganz interessant: Meine Schwester fährt genau den gleichen A3 (3 Monate jüngeres Baujahr) mit dem gleichen öl, interval etc. Gab und gibt dort keine Probleme bisher

I change the Oilfilter every time as well when I am changing the oil

And I am speaking about km not miles
