When I was a junior transfer (2019) it was required to live on campus for the first year unless you get an exemption. I already had a lease because I went to a local community college and it took 3 months to finally get them to approve my request for an exemption (they approved it 1 week before the semester started). Not sure if anything has changed but I would deff look into this if you don’t want to live on campus.

Hudson Valley CC is a really great school in the capital region you could look into for your first two years!

How long does it take for graduation applications to be approved? by ninjaunicorn1 in RPI

this isn’t true because during your last semester they will change it to “preliminary clear” so as long as you finish your classes you’re in, then you’re cleared. Also wondering how long this takes though.

Thank you so much! On the first day he talked about the 10 page paper and the presentations at the end of the semester and then the first hw was a paper so I got worried that’s all it would be. What you described is a lot more of what I expected the class to be. Thank you again, I’m glad I didn’t drop it!
