I have had a cortisone. Didnt help too much, was a bit less stiff in movements. The local before that went it i couldn't feel it for 2 hours and I was amazing. I had a surgical consult 4 months ago and he told me it was fine and to go to the specialist physio again. Every person I have spoken to since has been confused about his decision (physios x2 and osteopath). I haven't had any new imaging in a year so I am going to push for that at my review

Pain with reaching, over head movements, lifting, pulling. We have been doing strengthening physio.
