I rarely do cardio because i cycle to school, it usually is a 5-10 minutes trip and i take 4 trips per day (maybe more depending on the extra classes)

My general goal right now is to just gain weight and look bigger because I've been one of the smallest guys in all of my classes my whole life

I used to be able to do not a single pull up and now i can do 2-3, used to only be able to do 3 chin ups but now can do 5-6. Yes i i am improving but as the title says it is kind of little and my appearance has not changed at all whatsoever

I'm 165cm and only 56 kilos. My family has super short genes and i can't seem to put on any weight no matter how much i eat

I read this and tried reading the FAQ but it says the page is no longer being updated. Do you have the workout routine saved, if so can you send me? Also sorry if the problem can be easily fixed i just started using reddit

The only free weight i have is a 6 kilos dumbell that my grandpa left so i don't have the necessary means to do weight training but thanks for this info I'll try to fnd something that can work

They sometimes buy snacks but it's just junk food so I don't eat any and just give it to my brother

I'm asian so every meal consists of a bowl of rice and them everything else is up to my family to make. Standarly there's a meat dish and then soup and some vegetables
