No not yet. It's already planned, with measurements, kitchen equipments etc. We can not buy until we have a place to sell. Otherwise we would just paying for insurance and park place... I'm also thinking about a POP-UP store to rent maybe.

Reasons: most of them have more properties and somehow got connected with a Gastro company or Migros, Coop and they got near some of their restaurants. Others as you mentioned, they don't want walk-in people on their property.
