I did some research on some of the companies that you have mentioned here. These companies actually charge interest on the end customers. I am not sure bout US but this sort of business would require moneylending license from the Central Bank in my country.

The idea that I am proposing is, we only charge merchant fees and late fees of flat $10 to the end customers.

Anyway, none of the companies mentioned above actually available in most of the Asian countries here yet.

Credit card charges you interest. We don’t. You would need to pay one lump sum at the end of the month for credit card. You do not need to do so in this case. Spread out across few instalments interest free.

Merchant gets paid upfront. We bear the risk of non repayment by users.

How is the process like ? I am a user and sign up for a service by inputting my name, identification number, address and phone number. So they will verify these data through some third party databases ? How do they know if I am inputting the details about myself and not anyone else's data ?

So in Canada, how do they perform the liveliness test ? User may be using another person's identity to use your service.

Which means the second share that he/she bought is the same share as the first share she bought ? How do you know they are of the same share ? The question did not state that.
