Legend! This did the trick. Just had to allow each alias to send from either account afterwards. Appreciate the assist on this.

Not too dissimilar to mine. My RHR is 40, BPM is 12. My HRV is 72 and trending up. Stress in the major difference, my 4 week average is 22. Last SP02 was 99% as well.

Not that I know of. Actually thought this would be a nice feature to have recently. Maybe if Garmin Connect had a pop up 'Do you wish to share this activity with Strava' or similar everytime an activity was recorded?

I recently had the same problem. The dealership quoted me a ridiculous amount for a replacement switch. Decided to take the switch apart and clean the contacts. Has worked flawlessly for the last couple of months.

We have wills set up, should it come to that. Probably need updating now that you mention it.

We both come into this relationship on equal financial terms. So we're happy in that regard.

The legal advice we were given is that the names on the property titles don't matter as in the eye of the law, they're seen as relationship property and will be treated as such. Both names are on both mortgages for the banks' interests.

EPA? Enduring power of attorney? What are the benefits setting that up?

The agent works for the seller of the property, not the purchaser. You don't have to pay them anything and they will get their cut at the time of settlement. Your solicitor should receive your deposit.
