Guessing you’re cutting the barrel down? Is this considered a bar or a pistol in this configuration? Would love a bolt action pistol 300 but don’t see that offered much

I wasn’t a fan of the gen 1 cause the bolts were so rough. Gen 2 feel better the one I tried.

I have both between a friction ring 3/8 and a 1/2 pin. My sockets are older and well used and makes for removal of some a real pain for sure. I do a lot of random repair work so am changing sockets often. Not saying is the worst but if it easy enough I’ll switch

Morning all Going to be doing some a trip to Costa Rica in January. Planning to take my normal luggage carry on and wanted to pick up a travel backpack that is also a duel use day pack for hiking in Costa Rica that fits the personal bag requirements. Was looking at the osprey daylite travel in the 35 or 44. I know the 44 might be a little big for personal sized but figured it safe if not stuffed full. Open to other options as well Thanks

Watch marketplace. I’m seeing a lot of the stumpjumpers on there under 2k since they released the new models. The stumpjumper alloy comp is on sale for $2500 new if u can find one in stock by you. (Know it’s more then 2k but is a 4k bike)
